interactions with the young people we serve, cultivating an environment where they feel secure and supported. We maintain transparent communication channels with our proficient, hand selected and highly trained Staff Team, to optimise outcomes.

We are deeply committed to collaborating and working closely with various agencies, local authorities, private providers, Police, and other third-sector support services, tailoring a child-centric approach to meet the unique needs of each young person while upholding the highest standards of care.

At Potteries Care, every service rendered is bespoke and meticulously tailored to address the specific requirements of each young individual. These services undergo comprehensive risk assessment to ensure delivery by a highly trained and motivated team, with Trauma-Informed Care principles at the forefront of their practice.

Learn & Grow - We nurture and encourage self development, emotional growth and curiosity. This is how we find out more about ourselves, what we want and how we can achieve things. Encourage - What is life without encouragement? Life is about self development and finding out more about yourself - what your interests are and how you can make the life you want. Our Staff Team will work closely with all our Young People to help create a safe space, where we listen to them and also encourage them in all areas of life.
